What if I cannot come into the Polling Site from my Car?

If you cannot come into the poll site, curbside voting can be arranged where a ballot can be taken out to you by Election Officers. The Roster of Voters will be taken out for you to sign. This means that you may have to wait while the voters already in line at the polling place sign the Roster. If time is a consideration, Vote-by-Mail is easy, convenient and will save you time. Is my Polling Place Accessible?

We continually strive to make sure that getting to every poll site is easy for all voters. Each poll site is surveyed to determine accessibility and measures are taken to resolve issues.

What kind of help can voters get at the Polls?

Each poll site has an accessible ballot marking device that is equipped with:

  • Enlarged Text Ballot
  • High Contrast Ballot
  • Audio Ballot

In addition every Poll Site has:

  • Magnification Sheets
  • Wrapped Disposable Styluses
  • Mouth Sticks

What if I am Unable to use the Touchscreen or Keypad?

Voters unable to vote through touch or via keypad may be able to vote with a mouth stick. Styluses are available.
